If you can’t see your toolbar, follow these steps:
- Make sure you haven’t set the toolbar to be hidden in the settings. To check, click on Show more options and confirm that the first setting of Hide toolbar is disabled.
- Check that the toolbar is not underneath the popup. You can move the popup by dragging the 4 dots handle on the top right.
- If you still can’t see your toolbar, you can try resizing your window to see if it appears.
- If nothing works, try reinstalling Screenity.
