Yes! The Screenity extension does not need an Internet connection to make recordings since it works locally on your machine, so you can use it offline.

Note: Note that anything that relies on being online, like saving to Google Drive, logging into Screenity Pro, or using Pro features, won’t be available until you’re back online.
